To better serve communities, as Register of Wills, Jacque would create checks and balances to provide an equitable workforce, implement Satellite offices throughout the city, work with ecumenical and community organizations to provide information and assistance, and initiating a fraud hotline.
Jacque is dedicated to public service and has ample experience in implantation of policy and procedure. If elected, Jacque would work diligently to provide accountable, transparent representation and protect the welfare of residents (living and deceased) of Philadelphia.
Jacque has worked for the City of Philadelphia for over 30 years before retiring in 2007. He has done everything from serving as the Chief Deputy Sheriff, to Homeland security, to Chairman of the Black Caucus.
Jacque is the father of 3 beautiful children and understands the importance of having a will in place. His love and compassion makes him relatable and devoted to this position.
